Green Comfort operates a school, apothecary and clinic in the beauty and lush mountainside of Rappahannock County. Although the business is designed to teach others healthy ways to experience herbs, it is not a retail outlet. There are many opportunities for the community to participate in this unique environment.

The class series for the truly committed include; Foundations of Medicinal Herbalism, Herbal Apothecary, Native Plant Workshop and Herbal Immersion Week Retreat. On the introductory level we offer several Wild Plant experiential learning opportunities; Wild Plant Identification, Wild Plant Foraging and Wild Plant Cooking. Some classes are available for small groups planning a weekend retreat in Rappahannock: Botanica Erotica, Food as Medicine, Adrenal Adaptogens for Vitality.

Clinic is open for appointments on Thursdays for the herbalist in training to see clients and guide others to optimal health. Look us up for more information.
